The Cockpit · Meta Ads Automation

Every Meta Ads account. One Cockpit view.

You run multiple ad accounts. We pull them all into one live dashboard and track them every day — spend, ROAS and pacing across every account in a single view, with AI-written insights and alerts on top. No more opening six tabs to find out how things are going.

Every package on this page lists exactly what you get — counted — and what is deliberately not included. No ranges, no “up to,” no surprises on the invoice.

The problem

Six ad accounts. Six tabs. Every morning.

Running more than one Meta Ads account means logging into each one, exporting each one, and stitching the numbers together by hand — every single day. By the time the picture is assembled it's already yesterday's, and a budget running hot on account #5 has been burning for hours.

The fix

We fix it at the source.

Five stages turn a stack of separate ad accounts into one live Cockpit view — and a system that watches them for you.

01

Connect every account

However many Meta Ads accounts you run, across whatever business managers, they all get wired into one place. More sources — Google, GA4, your CRM — can join over time.

02

Unify into one view

Every account is reconciled into a single dashboard you own, so spend, ROAS and pacing line up side by side instead of living in six separate tabs.

03

Track daily

The Cockpit refreshes every day and lays out the numbers that actually run the accounts — no manual logins, no exports, no waiting for the 5th of the month.

04

Explain

Plain-English, AI-written commentary sits on top, so the dashboard tells you what moved and why instead of leaving you to hunt for it.

05

Act automatically

The routine work — daily reporting, budget and pacing flags, anomaly detection — runs on its own, so a hot account gets flagged the moment it happens.

What runs on its own

The work that used to eat your Mondays.

Automated reporting

Live dashboards that update themselves — no monthly screenshot ritual.

Budget & pacing flags

A heads-up when spend is running hot or cold, before it costs you.

Lead routing

New leads pushed to the right place the moment they arrive.

Anomaly detection

A watcher that flags a drop or a spike the instant it happens.

Round-the-clock alerts

The problem finds you, instead of you finding it on the 5th.

Forecasts

A forward read you can plan budget against, not just a rear-view mirror.

What you own

All of it. From day one.

The Cockpit is built in your accounts, not ours. If we ever part ways, nothing is held hostage.

Who it's for

Brands where the numbers disagreeing costs real money.

Multi-channel and multi-location businesses spending enough that a five-day-old, half-wrong report is an expensive way to make decisions. If you run several channels and can never get them to agree, this is the fix.

Under the hood

The technical detail.

How it's actually built

At a capability level: your channels feed a warehouse you own; tracking is captured server-side for resilience against browser and platform changes; metrics are modelled and version-controlled so the definitions stay consistent; dashboards read live; and written commentary is generated on top. The automation layer handles reporting, alerting and routing.

PENDING VERIFICATION — the specific stack (warehouse, tagging, dashboarding and modelling tools) is intentionally not named here until Harsh confirms each line is current, not aspirational. One unverifiable technical claim costs more than five missing ones.
Let's talk

See what one source of truth would change.

A real strategist will walk you through what your data layer could look like — and what it would tell you that your current reports can't. No pitch decks required.

Every package on this page lists exactly what you get — counted — and what is deliberately not included. No ranges, no “up to,” no surprises on the invoice.
